Which Bankruptcy is right for you? Have you considered filing a Bankruptcy to save your home or maybe even your automobile. Do you receive harassing phone calls from creditors demanding payments? A Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is designed for people or businesses who cannot pay their debts. A Chapter 7 may be the answer to saving your home, automobile or other property with certain limitations. Most of your debts can be discharged with the exception of a few.

Most common exceptions to discharge are most taxes, most educational loans, secured interests, criminal restitution, alimony and child support and personal injury due to drunk driving. If the debtor has property not listed in the above exemptions the Trustee will sell the property to pay off the creditors. If the debtor does not want any property sold and has a regular income the debtor can probably save the property by filing a Chapter 13. Additionally, in some cases you can rid yourself of your second trust deed Please check in regularly to learn more bankruptcy facts. And check us out on https://www.facebook.com/gcordovalaw?ref=hl.
